Mario Paul Giordano has joined Hagadone Printing Co. to work on sales on Oahu and Kauai. The company will hold a public open house Oct. 29 from 4-7 p.m. at 274 Puuhale Road in Kalihi to showcase the technology such as the commercial five-color heatset web press. Selling the merits

He has 20 years of sales experience and recently was field sales manager at R.L. Polk & Co., which publishes city directories. Giordano also worked for GTE Directories Corp., Honolulu Publishing Co., and KSSK Radio. He was director of communications and public relations for the New York State Office of Mental Health before coming to Hawaii in 1979. He earned a bachelor's in speech and theater from the State University of New York at Oneota, and a master's degree in communications from Fairfield University in Connecticut.
