for A&B Properties"It's a major renovation," Krasniewski said. "The focus is on Wallace Theatre, which will take over the old Woolworth space (adding 12 to 14 movie screens)."
He most recently was vice president for commercial management and general manager at Grosvenor Center. Krasniewski first saw Hawaii in the late 1960s as a Navy F-4 fighter pilot who flew off aircraft carriers. "While I was in the Navy, I was taking courses in property management," he said.
He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame and a master's degree in management from the Naval Post Graduate School in Rhode Island.
