He has 17 years of banking experience and recently was vice president of corporate and business banking at First Hawaiian Bank.
From 1985 to 1996, he worked at Bank of Hawaii as vice president and Pacific marketing director, vice president and special assets officer, and assistant vice president and corporate banking officer.
Lee earned a bachelor's degree in economics from University of Hawaii and did advanced study at Dartmouth College.
He is a board director of the Retail Merchants of Hawaii, and a member of the Chamber of Commerce of Hawaii and the Hong Kong Business Association of Hawaii.
