Goto joined KPMG in 1995 as director of technology integration practice. He also worked as manager of Hawaii operations for Oracle Corp. and account executive for Hewlett-Packard Co. in California and Hawaii. He is a civil engineer who earned a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Hawaii.
