She has seven years of leasing experience and recently was leasing manager for A&B Properties Inc. while handling 850,000 square feet of commercial real estate in Hawaii. Harrington also worked for CB Commercial Real Estate Group Inc. in Laguna Hills, Calif., and conducted market research for Arnel Development Co. in Costa Mesa, Calif. She earned a bachelor's in business administration/real estate finance from University of Southern California.
