He has 13 years in environment and safety, most recently as senior environmental, health and safety engineer at Rubbermaid Inc. in Wooster, Ohio. Grimmer also worked at Department of Defense Strategic Air Command in New York, and for the Imperial Wall Covering Co. in New York.
He has a bachelor's degree in physics from State University of New York and a bachelor's in engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, N.Y.
