Bullet Vinancio S. Asuncion, 88, of Kealakekua, Hawaii, a retired coffee farmer, died Tuesday at home. He was born in the Philippines. He is survived by wife Mary D.; sons Segondo, Chris, Paul, Chito, Chiko, Clarence, Mariano, Eddie and Albert; daughters Jane Raiford and Hattie Asuncion; 43 grandchildren, and 52 great-grandchildren. Born in Kapahulu, he is survived by son Tedmund Kupono; daughters Lani Maa Lapilio, Lei Richmond and Cynthia “Keola” Maa; sisters Hattie “Darling” Luke, Emily Farr, Doris Brack and Roselani Hee; brothers Edwin, James and Kenneth; and nine grandchildren.
