Ka'u orange juice is made into sorbet.

Golden flavor in
orange sorbet

If you like ice cream plus the sunshine-filled flavor of Big Isle citrus, try Ka'u Gold Orange Sorbet. Good Sorbet Co. offers the Ka'u confection in 5-quart and 3-gallon sizes.

"There's no fat and no unnecessary chemicals," Good Sorbet president Daniel Wells said. "It contains only Ka'u orange juice, sugar, water and dextrose as a stabilizer -- plus it tastes good and it's really like Ka'u oranges."

Find Ka'u Gold Orange Sorbet at Bernard's New York Deli, Columbia Inn, Heidi's Delis & Bistro, House of Hong, The Hungry Lion Coffee Shop. Also, Kyotaru Restaurants, Mocha Java Cafe, Mongolian Bar-B-Que, Pepper's Waikiki Grill and Bar, and Shiro's Saimin Havens.

The frozen dessert soon will come in smaller sizes and in retail stores, Wells said. Order at 596-4754.
