
Johnny Rivers, whose hit recordings include "Secret Agent Man," "Poor Side of Town," "Maybelline" and "Seventh Son," makes his first Hawaii performance next month at Blaisdell Concert Hall. Recording star Rivers
to play at BlaisdellRivers, a Grammy-Award winning singer who has sold more than 30 million records in 25 albums, will perform June 13 at 8 p.m.

Rivers is credited with starting the American disco craze at the Whiskey A Go Go in Los Angeles in 1963 and nearly 30 years later performed with the E-Street Band and President Clinton at the 1992 Inaugural Ball.
