Taking care of business accounts

Kehaulani Amorin will be developing new business in corporate and government accounts for the 1,200 room Ala Moana Hotel.

The hotel has special features for those who stay in the business areas on the 29th to 35th floors.

"Many of the people who come to the hotel are here for business," Amorin said. "They have upgraded amenities and access to the business center. We will be adding irons and ironing boards in the middle of June to the concierge rooms (on the business floors)."

She has more than eight years experience in the hospitality industry, including three years as corporate sales manager at the Executive Centre Hotel for Aston Hotels & Resorts and five years as area sales manager for Continental Airlines.

Amorin is a graduate of Pacific Baptist Academy.
