Miss Universe models to show off local designs
More than $50,000 in Hawaii fashions and designs will be modeled by the 82 Miss Universe contestants in the "Made In Hawaii" fashion show and dinner tomorrow at the Hilton Hilton Hawaiian Village Coral Ballroom from 6:45-9:30 p.m. Tickets are $100 each; $1,000 for a table of 10.
Each table will be hosted by a Miss Universe contestant.
The event benefits Junior Achievement of Hawaii; 25 percent of the $100 ticket price is tax deductible. A no-host cocktail party precedes the event.
