bullet 6 p.m. Thursday, Kalanimoku Building, Room 132, 1151 Punchbowl St. Hearing to gather public testimony regarding the construction of a 40 million gallon circular water tank and related improvements on Puu O Ehu ridge in Kailua. The project would include destroying and removing the Kailua 275 Reservoir located just south of the tank's proposed location.

bullet LAND USE COMMISSION: Maui: 9:30 a.m. Thursday, Nahele Room, Sandalwood Clubhouse, 2500 Honoapiilani Highway, Waikapu. Hearing to consider reclassifying 65.7 acres of agricultural district land into the urban district at Wailuku for a 232-megawatt electrical generating station. Hearing may carry over to Friday.
