Takanishi’s triple
lifts Mid-Pacific

Kenji Takanishi's sixth-inning triple drove in Lance Takaki, who had singled with two outs, to carry Mid-Pacific past Iolani, 11-10, yesterday in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu baseball game at the Mid-Pacific Field.

Takanishi finished with three hits. Teammates Jacob Flick, Bryan Lee and Rex Rundgren added three hits apiece as the Owls (7-3) beat the Raiders (5-3-1).
