Raymond M. Riss will be promoting Hawaiian Natural Water Co., which gets its water from a deep well under the Mauna Loa volcano on the Big Island. Isle company has thirst for growth
"We're at the base of the volcano and tap into the water 250 feet underground," said Riss, the company's new executive vice president of sales and marketing.
He said he looks forward to helping the company "capture significant market share in the billion dollar retail premium bottled water category."
He has nearly 30 years of management experience in business development, marketing and sales, including five years at Alberto Culver Inc., 14 years at Borden Inc., and three years at Mauna Loa Macadamia Nut Co., where he helped the company expand into China and Malaysia.
Honolulu-based Hawaiian Natural Water Co. bottles and ships water to Japan, Guam, Saipan, Kuwait, and the United States.
