Good to Go Hawaii chef/owners John Akana and Drew Breen will face off from 2 to 4 p.m. March 29 in a fast-paced vegetarian cookoff at the Castle Center for Health Promotion. Chefs duke it out for healthy cuisine
The dueling duo will create dishes on the spot using mystery ingredients from Castle's pantry a la "Ready ... Set ... Cook!" -- the Food Network cooking game show.
Judges will be selected from the audience to sample each dish and vote for their favorites.
There is a $10 fee to attend the cookoff, which includes a vegan soup and sandwich from Good to Go Hawaii.
