Spanning Oahu for C&C Homes

Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii Inc. has chosen Bruce Barrett to watch over residential sales for the Mililani Mauka, Royal Kunia and Lalea townhome project in Hawaii Kai.

"We're meeting our projected sales figures even with the negative impact of the recent layoffs and the impact on our economy," Barrett said.

He has 26 years of real estate experience and most recently was co-owner of ERA Concepts Unlimited. He has worked for ERA Concepts, Island Homes, and Herbert Horita Realty.

The Honolulu Board of Realtors named Barrett its "Realtor of the year" in 1995.

He originally planned to go into the tourist industry, but got his real estate sales license while attending the University of Hawaii.

Castle & Cooke Homes owns 109,000 acres of land on Oahu.
