Regino G. Adorable, 60, of Honolulu, a retired staff sergeant with the U.S. Air Force, died Wednesday in Tripler Hospital. Abel K. Akiona, 77, of Honolulu, a retired equipment specialist with the Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard supply department, died Thursday in Honolulu. Simon A. Alonzo, 81, of Wahiawa, retired from Dole pineapple plantation, died Feb. 25 in Wahiawa General Hospital. Laureto L. Campos, 69, of Honolulu died Thursday in Kaiser Hospital. John M. Hamano, also known as “Uncle Mac” or “Papa John,” 81, a retired state tax auditor, died Friday in Wilcox Hospital. Harry S.C. Hew, 82, of Kula, Maui, a machinist at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died Saturday in Kula Hospital. He was also a self-employed farmer in Kula.
