Eye on Hawaii for Trinity

G. Scott McCormack looks after the Hawaii properties of Trinity Investment Trust LLC, including the Aloha Tower Marketplace and Harbor Court.

"We are actively seeking new projects in the Pacific and the world," McCormack said.

He was vice president for development operations at McCormack Properties Ltd., where he worked from 1988 to 1997.

He also was project sales manager for the Nauru Tower condominium complex while at Coldwell Banker McCormack Real Estate.

During his 14-year career, McCormack also worked for Gerell/Smith Associates, Chaney Brooks & Co., and Arthur Gimmy International of San Francisco.

He graduated from Punahou School in 1979 and earned a bachelor's degree in finance from Santa Clara University in 1983.
