Being nonpartisan doesn't mean you can't have opinions, as the League of Women Voters of Hawaii demonstrates with its new Web page. Women Voters
speak on the NetMarch over to http://www.hi.lwv.org for a briefing on some of Hawaii's major issues.
The league puts up its own position papers on the state constitutional convention controversy, the problems and solutions involved in domestic violence, and an analysis of campaign-finance reform.
There are even tips on how to lobby and write letters to the Legislature, and a series of links to outside sites on government and citizen involvement.
"Home on the Web" is a weekly Friday feature of the Star-Bulletin.
