Experience at the controls

Jed Sueoka brings more than 20 years of financial experience in real estate, construction and the visitor industry to his controller's job at Finance Realty.

"Our major development is in Makakilo but also we are responsible for maintaining projects in the outer islands and on the mainland," Sueoka said.

These include ownership property management of projects on Maui, the Big Island, in Washington state and Alaska.

Sueoka has worked for Wardair Canada Ltd., Hawaiian Crane and Rigging Ltd., KPMG Peat Marwick, Mitchell & Co. and most recently for Grove Farm Co. Inc. as controller-treasurer.

He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration/accounting from the University of Hawaii.
