Honolulu Academy of Arts, 532-8700: Final narcissus exhibit of the Chinese New Year this weekend. Hours are 10 a.m.-4:30 p.m. tomorrow and 1-4 p.m. Sunday. Limited number of plants and cutting tools will be on sale plus there will be people on hand to answer questions and give tips on growing narcissus bulbs. Admission: $3-$5.
Ho'omaluhia Botanical Garden, 233-7323: "Windward Garden Fair and Plant Sale," 9 a.m.-2 p.m. tomorrow. New plants include the anthurium "Tropic Fire," dwarf Japanese Podocarpus, collection of hoya (Wax Vine); and plants for seaside gardens. There will also be a silent auction, free mulch (bring a shovel and sack), free lake fishing from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. and free blade sharpening by a professional knife sharpener (bring pruners, chain saw blades, etc.). Food booths will be available but picnics are welcomed.
