Haven't a clue what to do for your sweetheart to celebrate Valentine's Day? Maybe this listing of happenings pegged to Feb. 14 can help.

"Singing Valentine": Sounds of Aloha Barbershop Quartet will deliver a song, rose and personalized Valentine to a sweetheart for $35. Call 949-5628.

"Native Books and Beautiful Things": Countdown to Valentine's Day with "It's Chili in Hawaii," featuring samples and demonstrations by Ken Martinez and Gary Toyama, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. tomorrow; performance by Hoku award winner Ku'uipo Kumukahi, noon Thursday; Valagrams of poems and love messages, 9-11 a.m. and 1-3 p.m. Friday; and performance by Kaipo "Spice Boy" Hale, noon Saturday, 222 Merchant St. Information, 599-5511.

"Find Your Heart at Windward Mall": Merchants will have hearts with a number on it in their stores. Once a shopper locates the matching heart, he/she will win a prize from the store that had the matching heart. For information, call 235-1143.

"Heart of My Heart": Fifty-five years young and older can boogie at the annual senior citizens dance, 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m. tomorrow, Blaisdell Exhibition Hall.

"Ultimate Singles Party": Features Paris getaway, games, food and John Gray's book, "Mars and Venus on a Date," 7-9 p.m. Thursday, Borders, Ward. Call 737-6277.

Romantic dinner: Pick up a five-course meal for two by Good To Go Hawaii in Kailua. Menu includes appetizers of California sushi with wasabi soy dipping sauce, smoked salmon bruschetta and Asian chicken and cucumber with sprouts and pickled ginger; roasted corn chowder soup; caesar salad; cheesecake with strawberries and cream; and a choice of entrees including seafood newburg, sour cream chicken pasta or teriyaki salmon. All orders must be placed by Thursday for pick-up from 1-5 p.m. Saturday. Cost: $38 plus tax. Call 266-4646.

Valentine's Day Events

Horse N' Carriage: Romantic ride through Waikiki, 6:30 p.m.-midnight. Carriages are located on Lewers and Kalakaua streets.

Matchmaking: Palmer has found his true love and needs help in bringing her here. Share the Valentine love and help the Honolulu Zoo raise money for Palmer and his bride to be, two black palm cockatoos. The fund-raiser includes a glass of champagne, chocolates, live serenades, story by candlelight, behind-the-scenes tour, coffee and pastries. At 6:30 p.m. with tours at 7, 7:30 and 8 p.m. (if earlier tours sellout). Cost: $15. Must be 18 or older. Information at 971-7195.

Renew your vows: Waimea Valley and Adventure Park welcomes all married couples to relive their special moment. For $24 plus admission, couples can participate in a late afternoon vow renewal ceremony with a champagne toast and to treasure the moment, each couple will receive a certificate and photo. Couples can also partake in a special dinner buffet of roast round of beef, seafood in a champagne sauce and luscious desserts for $21 per person. Or, if a romantic picnic is more your style, the park will prepare a picnic lunch of honey-dipped chicken, corn on the cob, cheese and crackers, and assorted fruit and vegetable for $20 per couple. To end the special day, Scott Cossu and Wade Cambern will perform jazz and Hawaiian music beginning at 8 p.m. The two-hour concert costs $20. For reservations, call 638-8511.

Admission fees for kama'aina and military couples on Valentine's Day will be lowered to $12 per couple. ATV riding, mountain biking and kayaking will also be available at $28 per couple.

"Love Letters": Jerry Tracy and Sandy Horn perform in a paly by A.R. Guerney, 8 p.m. St. Andrew's Cathedral, Tenney Theatre. Cost: $15 (proceeds benefit the cathedral's Inreach program. Call 455-7508.

"Ahamele Huapala": Concert for sweethearts by Keith and Carmen Haugen, 7 and 9 p.m. Atherton Performing Arts Studio, 738 Kaheka St. Cost: $12.50-$15. Reservations recommended. Call 955-8821.

"Afternoon Tea for Lovers": Romantic/intimate tea time with finger sandwiches and desserts, 3-6 p.m., Aston Waikiki Beachside Hotel. Each couple also will receive a Valentine's gift. Cost: $17.25 per person (includes tax and gratuity). Reserve at 623-1303.

Hawaiian-Style concert: Featuring Bruddah Waltah, Eddie Ku, Go For Broke, Hamakua Brothers, Ka'u Group and halau dancers, 2-5 p.m., Honoka'a Historic People's Theater, Hamakua Coast. Councilman Dominic Yagong will emcee. Cost: $5 (advance); $7 (at-the-door).
