
Celebrate the New Year at First Night Honolulu '98 with music, acrobats, storytellers, poets, dancers, puppets and more. First Night fun
Events begin at 4 p.m. tomorrow and run through midnight in downtown Honolulu between St. Andrew's Cathedral and Honolulu Municipal Building. Admission is by a First Night Honolulu button, available at Liberty House, Safeway, Star Market, Tower Records and MWR outlets for $8 when purchased today, or $10 tomorrow.
Among the artists providing entertainment are: the Honolulu Symphony, Forte, Ledward Kaapana, Cyril Pahinui, Tenderoni and the 52nd St. Jazz Band. Also, Isleno, magician Mark Allen and First Circle, a West African drumming, dance and song group.
