Selling something for everyone

Phoebe Beach takes over as sales manager for Marc Resorts Hawaii which merged with Signature Resorts Inc. in October.

Signature, based in San Mateo, Calif., is one of the world's largest vacation ownership companies and enabled Marc Resorts to get management contracts for two Embassy Vacation Resorts.

"We have something for everyone's budget," Beach said. "I do a lot of traveling to trade shows in the United States and other places."

She has more than 20 years of travel industry experience in the Pacific region including Hawaii, Tahiti, Cook Islands and Australia. Beach last worked for three years at Budget Rent-A-Car.

She also has held sales management positions with Colony Hotels & Resorts, Classic Hawaii, Blue Lagoon Development and World Travel Headquarters Australia.
