Repositioning at Aloha Tower

Buddy Reed brings 19 years of property management experience to the Aloha Tower Marketplace.

"Aloha Tower has great potential, and I hope to play an integral role in reinvigorating its position," Reed said. He said they are now "repositioning" the marketplace to have the right combination of entertainment and shops.

Reed came to Hawaii four years ago as vice president and director of the Hawaii office of Eagle Western Management Co., a Phoenix-based management and development company. He managed Harbor Court's transition from the construction to the operational phase.

When Eagle Western formed a partnership with Hawaiiana Management Co. Ltd. two years ago, Reed became general manager for Hawaiiana Commercial Management Group while remaining a vice president and director of Eagle Western.
