Another 10-9 caper
for Stars

Late-inning Hilo lightning struck again last night at Hans L'Orange Park, where the Stars beat the West Oahu CaneFires, 10-9, in 10 innings -- the same score as they won by on Tuesday. Adam Kennedy, who had homered earlier, tied the game with an eighth-inning double and won it with an RBI single in the 10th.

Stingrays 5, Sharks 1: At Iron Maehara Stadium in Wailuku, Nate Rolison drilled a two-run triple in the fourth inning and scored on Joe Mathis' single, to spark Maui.
