What started as a modest effort to rate lunch wagon offerings has grown into a lavish spread with pictures, guest comments and ratings for nearly 20 purveyors of curbside cuisine.
As Ching notes: "The classic pastime in Hawaii is eating the plate lunch."
To help you out, each review comes with a unique rating system: "Instead of stars we use a plate lunch staple - can SPAM," he said.
