History of the Pali

As David Kaupu prepares to bless three new historical and interpretive signs at the Pali lookout yesterday, he addresses Chuck Helsey, director of Sea Grant; Mike Wilson, state Land Department head; Ralston Nagata, state parks administrator, and Willowdean Gomes, Lillian Adams and Mabel Lucas Davis, of the Daughters of Hawaii.
