John B. Amaral Jr., 81, of Naalehu, Hawaii, a retired cane truck driver for the former Kau Sugar Co., died Saturday in Kau Hospital. Born in Pahala, Hawaii, he is survived by wife Elizabeth; sons John III and Anthony; daughters Geraldine Young and Lorraine Tovio; sisters Dora Andrade, Evelyn Wong and Ethel Chow; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. Allan L. Andrade, 66, of Kailua, retired from the U.S. Navy, died Saturday at home. He was also a stock broker for Smith Barney Inc. Silvino J.L. “Joe” De La Rosa, 91, of Laie, a retired Pearl Harbor police officer, died Sunday in Laie. Yaroku “Yaro” Dochin, 68, of Kamuela, Hawaii, original owner of Kamuela Meat Market, died Saturday in North Hawaii Community Hospital.
