Minor helps Sharks
sink Stingrays

Damon Minor's three-run double was the big hit in a five-run inning that sent the HonoluluSharks to a 7-5 win over the Maui Stingrays in Hawaii Winter Baseball at Rainbow Stadium.

The Sharks swept the three-game series from the Stingrays and have now won six in a row.

Stars 6, CaneFires 4:At Hilo, Bo Porter hit two home runs and drove in four runs to lead the Stars over West Oahu.

Porter hit a solo shot in the sixth inning and a three-run homer in the eighth for Hilo.
