Mary Vinson is taking on the job of the statewide buildout of the digital wireless phone network for PrimeCo Hawaii. Directing PrimeCo's buildout
"Our coverage is getting better every day," Vinson said.
PrimeCo has added base stations and antennas to improve coverage in Kalama Valley, Queen's Gate in Hawaii Kai and areas surrounding Halawa Valley, including Salt Lake, Aliamanu and Halawa Hills.
She moved to Hawaii in July from Richmond, Va. after 19 years in the telecommunications industry. Vinson most recently was the regulatory director for Bell Atlanic in Virginia.
She earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Virginia Tech and a master's degree in human resources from George Washington University. Vinson lives in Kaneohe.
