Show Cause Hearings to decide whether Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity or Motor Carrier Permits of motor carriers who failed to file 1996 annual financial reports and pay annual gross revenue fees, and failed to pay penalties for the late filing of 1996 AFRs, should be revoked or suspended.
