Washington -- President Clinton scheduled to leave for vacation on Martha's Vineyard, Mass.
New York -- Thousands of tap dancers from all over the world strut their stuff in Macy's annual world-record setting "Tap-O-Mania." Last year, 6,654 tappers took part, a Guiness Book of Records mark. They will try to break that record this year.
Signal Mountain, Tenn. -- Annual marathon flea market, touted as world's longest outdoor sale, stretches this weekend 450 miles from Covington, Ky., to Gadsden, Ala.

Santa Ana, Calif. -- Trial in a suit by a former Mousketeer against the Walt Disney Co. claiming she was robbed in Disneyland's parking lot and later, during the investigation, her grandchildren were traumatized by seeing the park's characters remove their costume heads.
