Contest entry form and information
are here on starbulletin.com.

Send us your tried-and-true,
quick-and-easy recipes

We want to eat well, but we don't want to spend a lot of time getting meals to the table.

It's a dilemma home cooks face every day. Give us your solutions.

The idea is to come up with an original recipe (i.e.: nothing off the Bisquick box) that takes no more than five main ingredients and no more than 20 minutes preparation time. Cooking time can be of any length as long as nothing more has to be done to the dish once it's in the oven, stove-top pot, microwave, etc.

Details are on the entry form here on the Web site.

The most promising recipes will be prepared and tasted by the amateur cooks here at the Star-Bulletin. They'll be evaluated for ease of preparation, nutrition and, most of all, taste.
