Recipes may have no more than five main ingredients (spices, oils, water don't count). Preparation time must be 20 minutes or less. Cooking time can be of any length. Prepared foods such as canned soup or packaged mixes are OK and count as a single ingredient. Recipes must be original. Deadline is July 16. Results announced July 23.
