Big Island

Windward: Tonight, and tomorrow, mostly cloudy with a few showers.

Leeward: Tonight, showers ending in the evening, then partial clearing. Tomorrow, mostly sunny morning, becoming cloudy in the afternoon with mainly upslope showers.

Winds, mostly trades 15-30 mph, except variable 5-15 mph Hilo and Kona districts.

Marine advisories

Gale warnings in effect for the Alenuihaha Channel.

A small-craft advisory for all waters due to strong and gusty trades.
