


An all-night party turned deadly yesterday morning after a fight between brothers left one dead and another facing a second-degree murder charge, police said. Man faces charges
in brother's fatal fallA 26-year-old man, whom witnesses identified as Johnsey Jajo, sustained fatal head injuries in a 20-foot fall from his second-floor apartment at 1455 Lusitana St.
Jajo was pronounced dead at Queen's Hospital at 8:43 a.m.
Tregor Jajo, 25, allegedly charged at his brother and 28-year-old sister-in-law, Pauline McShane, outside the apartment, causing the tile railing to collapse.
All three went over the edge.
Tregor Jajo is listed in good condition at Queen's, while McShane is in guarded condition with multiple fractures.
Police are investigating the case as a homicide.

purse-snatching attemptThe suspect punched another woman in the face when she tried to assist the victim.
The thief fled without the purse in a car that was reported stolen moments before the visitor was accosted.
The stolen car was abandoned nearby.
The victim was in the parking lot when a man on foot came up from behind and grabbed her handbag at about 5:55 p.m. The woman was dragged as she held on to the bag.
