Pacific Rim with strings

The University of Hawaii Summer Session reprises its "Mood Indigo" dinner/guitar performance series -- a sellout last year.

Poached Salmon Chive Dumplings and Wokked Jumbo Shrimp with Dragon Fire Sauce along with international guitar stylings top the menu at a concert series at 6:30 p.m. June 11 and July 2 at Indigo Restaurant. Tickets are $65.

The first concert features Ricardo Cobo of Colombia and jazz guitarist John Pisano. The July event showcases virtuoso Carlos Barbosa-Lima of Brazil and former isle resident Jeff Linsky.
