DEPARTMENT OF LAND UTILIZATION: 10:30 a.m. tomorrow, Hauula Satellite City Hall, 54-010 Kukuna Road, Hauula. Hearing for application for special management area use permit by Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, to construct a water pump booster station at Kaluanui, Hauula.

LAND USE COMMISSION: 9:30 a.m. Friday, Leiopapa A Kamehameha, 235 S. Beretania St. Hearing to consider: a special use permit for Ameron HC&D to delete approximately 59.686 acres from Ameron's quarry operations at Puunene, Maui; a special use permit for the Department of Public Works & Waste Management, Solid Waste Division (Maui), to expand the Central Maui Landfill by approximately 29.340 acres at Puunene, Maui; a request for time extension for Fong Construction to establish a construction base yard on approximately 31.16 acres at Waikapu, Maui; response to governor's letter regarding suggested changes to Land Use Commission Administrative Rules Chapter 15-15.

PLANNING

CITY PLANNING COMMISSION: 1:30 p.m. Wednesday, City Hall Annex, Personnel Conference Room. Hearing to consider applications by Board of Water Supply, City and County of Honolulu, to add publicly funded water wells, within six years, to projects located: in the Kapalama district bordered on three sides by Kamehameha Schools; within Sacred Falls State Park; at the southwestern edge of a banana plantation between the Hoomaluhia Botanical Gardens and the Kaneohe Forest Reserve; near the base of the northeast face of the Koolau Range between the pastures of Meadow Gold Dairies and the Waimanalo Forest Reserve; at the Waipahu Wells II pump and reservoir site within the Waikele residential subdivision.

Hearing to consider a bill to amend Chapter 21, revised ordinances of Honolulu 1990, to permit the transfer of development rights for certain historic properties.
