Hearing to consider the proposed construction of two 23-megawatt combustion generators with heat recovery steam generators, one 19-megawatt steam turbine generator, one 950-kilowatt black start diesel engine generator and associated support equipment in Haina, Hawaii. Hearing to consider whether "The Great Molokai Ranch Trail" Project consisting of a complex of 15 commercial "overnight campgrounds" is permissible in the agricultural district, requires a special permit, would require a district boundary amendment.

Hearing to consider a resolution to amend the general plan of the city and county of Honolulu on subjects relevant to the Ewa and Central Oahu areas; hearing to consider a bill amending the unilateral agreement incorporated in an ordinance regarding development of "Pualani by the Sea," a subdivision developed by Schuler Homes Inc.

COUNTY OF KAUAI PLANNING DEPARTMENT: 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Lihue Civic Center, Moikeha Building, Meeting Room 2A-2B, 4444 Rice St., Lihue. Hearing to consider a request to modify a condition of approval for an existing Special Management Area Use Permit, Project Development Use Permit and Class IV Zoning Permit, relating to the establishment of general real estate brokerage and resort rental operations in Poipu on the makai side side of Poipu Road.
