Western Pacific Regional Fishery Management Council: Meeting focuses on U.S. Pacific islands' rights to establish fishing agreements with foreign nations' vessels, foreign fishing limits and Essential Fish Habitat amendments to Fisheries Management Plans. Meeting will also address gear conflicts between long-line and hand-line fishermen. 8 a.m. Wednesday to Friday, Ala Moana Hotel, Garden Lanai Room. Call 522-8220.
