Cincinnati -- Full 6th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rehears lawsuit on behalf of 84,000 General Motors Corp. retirees who say that GM broke its promise to pay lifetime health care expenses at no cost to the retirees and their spouses. The court agreed to set aside an August 1996 three-judge panel's ruling in favor of the retirees and rehear the case at GM's request.
