Saints make most of Owls' errors

Two Mid-Pacific errors in the bottom of the seventh inning helped the St. Louis Crusaders defeat the Owls, 3-2, in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu baseball game at the Keehi Lagoon field yesterday.

Jandin Thornton-Murray reached base on an error to start the inning and advanced to second on a ground out. Following an intentional walk to Kona Sampaio, Gueste Ornellas hit a grounder to second, but the throw on the double play attempt was wild allowing Thornton-Murray to score the game-winning run.
