Fifty-Plus Fitness Association: Scenic ocean and Diamond Head trail walk/run, 8 a.m. every second Saturday of the month, Kapiolani Park Bandstand. Wear good running or walking shoes. The course will be approximately 4 miles long, lasting one hour. The location may change, call 536-4006 to confirm.

Fitness Walking Program: Laura Stern leads a group in warm-ups, a 50-minute walk through Waimea Valley and a cool-down exercise, 7 a.m. Wednesdays and Saturdays. First session is free. Annual pass is $40 ($70 per couple), includes park admission. Call 638-8511.
