Biscottiere extraordinaire: Watch Sandy Lee McNally, maker of Kahala Moon Restaurant's mango-macadamia nut-white chocolate biscotti, in action Saturday.

Pastry chef McNally demonstrates the making of three types of biscotti -- traditional anise biscotti, healthful chocolate-orange biscotti, and macadamia nut and fruit biscotti.

The free demo is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Compleat Kitchen Kahala Mall, and features Dilettante white chocolate of Seattle and soft White Lily flour from the South. Biscotti samples and recipes will be available.
