Kenneth K. Keliipio, 35, of Hilo, will be remembered in services tomorrow and Thursday. A County of Hawaii police officer, Keliipio was killed Friday when an off-duty police officer's car struck his. Nelson Rockefeller's Commission on Women, the New York State Fair Board and the New York State Council on the Arts; founded and directed the Auburn Civic Theater; and was president of the Cayuga County Women's Republican Club.
