Easter egg hunt: Meet the Easter bunny at Kaimuki Park between 10 and 11th avenues, Saturday. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. for an egg hunt at 10 a.m. Children 1-11 are welcome. Call 924-1000, extension 109.
Sea hunt '97: The Waikiki Aquarium will hold an Easter egg hunt and story telling, 9 a.m. to noon March 29. Ages 3 and under huntat 9 a.m.; children 4-8 hunt at 9:30 or 10:30 a.m. Special prizes will be in select eggs. Local storyteller Jeff Gere will share Easter stories, 10 a.m. at the stage area.
Cost: $6 general; $4 residents; $2.50 junior ages 13-17; $1 nonmember children participating in the hunt (children presenting a Ka Lei egg carton will have the $1 fee waived. Aquarium members and their children will be admitted free. All children must be accompanied by an adult. Preregister by March 22. Easter festival: Activities planned by the Wahiawa Shopping Center and Wahiawa Town Center for Saturday. An egg hunt will be held at 10 a.m. for children 12 and under with plastic eggs filled with goodies and merchant coupons.
Free pony rides from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. under the entertainment tent in the town center for children 12 and under who are accompanied by an adult.
Keiki can meet the Easter bunny with a merchant receipt of $5 or more from Wahiawa Shopping Center or Wahiawa Town Center stores dated March 22..
