"I Can Cope" with cancer: Tips and resources for patients and families living with cancer, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursdays through April 24, Queen's Medical Center. Register at 547-4660.

Nutrition classes: Hourlong class for radiation therapy patients and their families, 5 p.m. tomorrow, 9 a.m. Tuesday, 2 p.m. March 21, 10 a.m. March 24, 1 p.m. March 28, and 8 a.m. March 31.

Nutrition for radiation therapy: Queen's Medical Center offers free classes for patients and families, 5 p.m. Friday, 9 a.m. Tuesday, 2 p.m. March 21, 10 a.m. March 24, 1 p.m. March 28, and 8 a.m. March 31.

Diabetes workshop: Open to diabetics and their families, 12:30 to 4:15 p.m. Saturday at the Wahiawa General Hospital's Skilled Nursing Facility's first floor dining room. Speakers will cover several topics including "Update on Diabetes," "Complications of Diabetes-Heart Disease" and "Coping With Diabetes." Healing workshop: Dr. Susan Gregg, author of "Dance of Power" and "Finding the Sacred Self" will show how to use and balance the body's energy system in a two-day workshop, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 5 p.m. Sunday, 436 Ena Road, Suite 706. Honolulu AIDS Walk/Run: 7th annual walk/run around Kapiolani Park, 9 a.m. Sunday. For the first time, runners have their own course. The 5K Walk/Run asks walkers to raise pledges; runners pay a $20 fee. Proceeds go to the Life Foundation, Hawaii's largest nonprofit AIDS organization.

Tai chi classes: Practice the Chinese art of meditation with movement with Alex Dong, 4:30 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays, Kekela Gym. Costs $35. Register at 547-4780.
