He has 25 years in retailing, including key positions at Dayton Hudson Department Stores in Minneapolis, the May Company's Venture discount stores in St. Louis and Ultra 3 Cosmetics & Salon in Chicago.
Miller earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Iowa and a master's degree in business administration from Drake University.
