Chamber music concert: Clarinetist James Moffitt, cellist Gregory Dubay and pianist David Morgenroth perform, 7 p.m. Wednesday, Atherton Performing Arts Studio, Hawaii Public Radio, 738 Kaheka St. Program includes Schubert's Sonata in A minor and Brahms' Trio in A minor, op. 114. Fellowship awards: The State Foundation on Culture and the Arts will accept applications for the 1997 Individual Artist Fellowships through March 21. The fellowships recognize artistic achievement and include $5,000 to further the artist's career.

Compositions in the following categories are considered: band, choral, contemporary Hawaiian/ethnic, contemporary/pop, musical theater, chamber music, jazz, opera and orchestra. Up to seven fellowships may be awarded.

Applications will be evaluated by two review panels, consisting of volunteers whom the SFCA recognizes as having proven expertise in music; the SFCA board will decide on the awards by the end of May.
